Accounts are created by your account administrator. If this is your first sign-in, use the temporary password you were given — you'll be asked to set a new one and to set up an authenticator app.
Set a new password
Set up two-step sign-in
FrontCounter asks for a code from an authenticator app each time you sign in. You only set this up once.
- Install an authenticator app on your phone, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. If you can't use a phone, ask your administrator about a desktop authenticator.
- In the app, add an account and scan this code.
Can't scan it? Enter this setup key instead:
- Enter the 6-digit code the app shows.
Enter your code
Lost your phone or reinstalled the app? Ask your account administrator to reset your two-step sign-in, then sign in again to set it up.
